I am absolutely amazed at the level of detail they each have, and they still are small enough to sit on your finger. As I looked at each one of their cute little faces, one stood out to me. It actually reminds me a bit of myself. Mary Poppins is known for her umbrella and carpet bag and this pattern has both. In addition, this detailed pattern has so many removable pieces like a red hat, navy blue coat, shoes, and mittens just to name a few.

My favorites are Jaq and Gus from Cinderella. These two little mice look like they just stepped right out of the movie screen. Jaq with his oversized coat and Gus with his too tight T-shirt are about the cutest toys I’ve ever seen. Cinderella Pantomice Alice in Wonderland has always been one of my very favorite classic Disney movies and these amigurumi patterns are incredible.I can still remember them running around the house singing Ariel’s ballad as Ursula the Sea Witch stole her voice. Green Frog Crochet is such a talented amigurumi designer and her Tinker Bell pattern makes me squeal with delight. As someone who struggles with pain from crocheting amigurumi, cotton yarn is not a good choice. Less of a stretch means more pulling and strain on my fingers, wrist, elbow and even shoulder. Most of the time, I prefer crocheted amigurumi toys over knitted ones. There is always a level of shaping and detail that seem to be more prevalent with crocheted toys. But that isn’t the case with Mr. Dart’s patterns.
